Here at TSI Packing, we provide a range of bespoke case designs to ensure that your goods arrives in pristine condition. We have our own in house case making facilities, enabling us to cut and manufacture plywood or timber cases, crates or pallets to virtually any size or specification.

To complement this service, we are able to provide ‘in case additions’ such as vacuum sealed foil bags to prevent the ingress of moisture. These can be monitored by humidity, moisture or temperature indicators.

The T.S.I Packing design team make cases for a diverse range of industries including scientific

We design and build for all types of shipping methods and our designers will always ensure the most

cost efficient use of available shipping space to save you money, be it for aircraft holds, containers, or truck heights.

T.S.I Packing only uses heat treated timber that has been treated to 56 degrees of heat for 40

minutes. We are registered with the Forestry Commission and are members of the U.K Wood Packaging Material Marking Programme & Timcon, the timber packaging and pallet confederation. Timber used in the construction of crates and pallets are derived from sustainable sources from

Forestry Stewardship Council approved suppliers.

All of our cases and pallets are manufactured by T.S.I Packing conforms to British Standard BS1133

and stencilled to ISPM15, suitable for worldwide export (copies available on request)

We use environmentally friendly materials and processes using recyclable or bio-degradable packing

materials.

We have years of experience in manufacturing exhibition and reusable cases. These are built primarily for continued reuse of equipment such as exhibition display items that require

protective packaging during periods of non-use. Available in number of styles in plywood, softwood, and screwed or bolted for easy of assembly.

We can also supply custom made wood or foam inserts to ensure your goods have the maximum protection whilst in transit.
